Founding Member, 1st Vice President of S.W.A.G.A Institute and School of the Prophets, Vice Chairman of the Apostolic Cabinet. Head of the Board of Reviews. Assist with the preparations for National, States and International Conferences, Retreats, and Ceremonies. Implement and develop throughout the fellowship plans on an International, Regional, and State level for Men both Adults and Youth.

 Responsible for International Conference, retreats and ceremonies. Regional Apostles are appointed positions with placements determined by the Presiding Apostle and Apostolic Cabinet. Each Regional Apostle has a responsibility to oversee the states that have been assigned to them.
